"Help! We are having a service issue with our less than 1 year old gate (it's been great until now) but the issue is causing us to not be able to use the gate at all. My husband and I have tried for two weeks to get someone to come take a look at the issue and we aren't getting called back. Will someone please give me a call or text back? We have left messages and texts. I believe it's a small repair but it's a big deal to us because we can't operate the gate. I don't know where else to communicate that we need a service appointment. Happy to update this review once we get the gate repaired. Laura Stone"
